A bit about PLAY or PARK

  • 1. What is PLAY or PARK?

    PLAY or PARK is the exciting loyalty game from Circle K that gives you the opportunity to win monthly Experiences of a Lifetime each time that you PLAY your points, as well as get rewarded with a free Circle K Treat* each month that you PLAY.

  • 2. How does PLAY or PARK work?

    PLAY or PARK is easy - you can start collecting points immediately upon receiving your Game Tag, however, you have to register your details via www.playorpark.ie or the Circle K app or by completing the hard copy application form in order to take part in the Loyalty Game.

    You will receive 1 point for every litre of Circle K Fuel that you purchase at participating outlets and 4 points for every euro spent in a Circle K Restore and Circle K Express.

    Once you have 200 points saved up, you then have a decision to make. You can either PLAY your points for a chance to win a fantastic Experience of a Lifetime or you can PARK your points and save them for another month's Experience that you'd prefer.

    The more points you collect, the better your chances of winning. And, every month that you decide to PLAY, you will get a Circle K Monthly Treat* ranging from a coffee to a pastry of your choice. You can then go into participating Circle K stations to redeem your Treat* by scanning your Game Tag at the time of purchase. You have the month in which the treat offer was shared to redeem*.

Registration

  • 3. How can I join PLAY or PARK?

    There are three ways you can join:

    1. Pick up an application form and the attached Game Tag's in-store, fill in your details on the application form and hand it to a Circle K staff member or post it to PLAY or PARK, Azpiral Loyalty Systems, Roselawn House, National Technology Park, Limerick.

    2. Pick up an application form and the attached Game Tag's in-store & log onto playorpark.ie to register your details.

    3. Download the Circle K mobile app via the app store and enter your details.

  • 4. Can I collect an application form in any Circle K outlet?

    You can collect an application form in any Circle K Restore or Circle K Express as well as participating Circle K outlets. For a complete list of participating Circle K outlets, please see Circlek.ie/site-locator or send a self-addressed envelope to Loyalty Manager, Circle K Ireland, Circle K, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.

  • 5. How do I register for PLAY or PARK using the app?

    Go to your app store, download the Circle K app and follow the instructions on the screen to the PLAY or PARK icon. It will ask you for a few contact details to register and will set you up with a QR Code to use as your Game Tag. Please note, should you wish to change any of your contact details after registration, you will have to do so at playorpark.ie or via the Circle K app.

  • 6. What do I need in order to take part in PLAY or PARK?

    Members of PLAY or PARK need to have access to a mobile phone, email address or internet access in order to take part in PLAY or PARK. This is so that we can keep you up to date with your points balance and so that you can PLAY your points when you reach the points threshold.

  • 7. Can I join PLAY or PARK if I am a Fuel Card customer?

    Of course. PLAY or PARK is open to all Circle K customers, and you'll collect points just as for any other purchase.

  • 8. Can I cancel my PLAY or PARK Game Tag at any time?

    PLAY or PARK rewards you for what you are already doing, so we really hope that you never want to cancel your Game Tag but if you would like to de-activate or cancel your Game Tag, please feel free to email playorpark@circlek.ie

  • 9. Can I activate /register my Game Tag without a purchase?

    Yes, customers can register their Game Tag online or via the mobile App, which will automatically activate the Game Tag then simply scan with your next purchase and the allocated points will be loaded onto your account.

  • 10. Can I have more than one Circle K Game Tag on one account?

    Yes, you can have up to two plastic game tags on each account. You can also link your digital game tag to your plastic ones ensuring that you can always swipe your Game Tag with Circle K. Just remember that only one Circle K Treat* will be given per month per account.

  • 11. Can I collect points for my purchase even if I haven't registered?

    Yes, you can use your Game Tag to collect points on transactions prior to registration, however, remember that you HAVE to register your Game Tag in order to PLAY for Experiences or redeem Treats*.

  • 12. Can I sign-up online and get a Game Tag sent out to me?

    Unfortunately not, you will need to pop into a participating Circle K station to collect an application form and Game Tag and then register your details online. You can also download the Circle K app to get a handy digital Game Tag on your phone. In this case, you do not need plastic Game Tags.

  • 13. Can I use the same email address that I share with someone who has already registered the address?

    Unfortunately not, PLAY or PARK requires a unique email addresses for every account. This will ensure that you can get access to the Circle K Monthly Treat* each time that you decide to PLAY. If you require an email address, why not set one up via Gmail or Hotmail.

  • 14. What do you do with my Data?

    We will never give your personal details to anyone outside of Circle K Group without your consent. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice, in helping you choose products that are right for you. Collecting Points

  • 15. How do I collect points?

    Once you have picked up a PLAY or PARK Game Tag in-store or registered on the Topaz App, you can immediately start collecting points. You will collect points each time that you refuel with Topaz [Fuel, and Topaz Express and Topaz Restore]

  • 16. Can I collect points in Northern Ireland?

    Yes, customers can collect points on motor fuel in participating Topaz stations and will receive 1 point for every litre of fuel purchased.

  • 17. What happens if I forget to bring my Game Tag with me?

    Simply ask the cashier for a receipt, and bring it back to any participating Topaz Station within seven days. We can then scan the receipt and ensure your points are uploaded to your account.

  • 18. How many points do I get when I purchase?

    You get 1 point for every litre of motor fueland 4 points for every euro spent in a Topaz Express or Topaz Restore*. For a full list of participating stores and shop point exclusions, please see www.circlek.ie/site-locator

  • 19. Do I get Bonus Points for registering?

    You'll get 200 points loaded onto your Game Tag when you have successfully registered.

  • 20. How can I check how many points I have?

    It's easy - to check your points balance simply log onto your personal PLAY or PARK account at playorpark.ie or via the Topaz app. Your points will also be available on your receipt when swipe your Game Tag and on your Topaz app.

  • 21. Do my points Expire?

    Your points will only expire if your Game Tag is inactive for more than 23 months.

Playing the Loyalty Game

  • 22. How do I PLAY?

    Once you have 200 points saved up, you then have a decision to make. You can either PLAY your points for a chance to win a fantastic Experience of a Lifetime each month or you can PARK your points and save them for another month's Experience that you'd prefer. The more points you collect, the better your chances of winning.

  • 23. What happens if I have 400 points or more?

    Each batch of 200 points, gets you 1 entry, so 400 points will allow you to PLAY twice. You can decide to PLAY twice in that month or PLAY once and save the other PLAY for the next month.

  • 24. When can I PLAY?

    You can PLAY your points once you have reached batches of 200 points. It is up to you when you decide to PLAY them in a given month by going onto playorpark.ie or the Topaz app. We will also send you a reminder on the 25th of each month via SMS (Free), App notification or email (depending on your chosen preference) to remind you to PLAY. You can also PLAY by text by texting the word 'PLAY' followed by the number of entries to 50456

  • 25. How will you contact me through PLAY or PARK?

    We contact you based on your communication preferences. You can opt in to receive email or SMS (Free) notifications. We will automatically send you personalised app notifications if you have downloaded our app.

  • 26. Does it cost anything to PLAY?

    There are no hidden charges with PLAY or PARK. It is free to join and all texts to and from PLAY or PARK are free.

  • 27. What happens if I forget to let you know that I want to PARK my points?

    At 5pm on the 28th of each month, all customers that have not let us know that they would like to PLAY their points will automatically be PARKed.

  • 28. How do I know if I'm a winner?

    On the 1st of each month, we'll let you know by email, text or in app notification if you've won an Experience of a Lifetime or tell you which Topaz Treat* you have waiting for you in-store. Winners and details of the Treat* are available on the Topaz Facebook page.

  • 29. What are the Experiences of a Lifetime?

    The Experiences of a Lifetime are monthly prizes that have been created by Topaz to give the winning customer a truly unforgettable experience that very few people would have access to. There is one each month and a full list can be seen at https://playorpark.ie/experiences

  • 30. What is the Topaz Treat*?

    Every month that you decide to PLAY you will receive a Treat*, the Topaz Monthly Treat* could be a free coffee and a pastry of your choice or a free car wash - this is our way of saying thanks for taking part in PLAY or PARK. You will be alerted by email, SMS or In App message which Treat* is waiting in store for you on the 1st of the month after you have PLAYed your points.

  • 31. How do I redeem my Topaz Treat*?

    On the 1st of each month, you will be sent an SMS, email or app message to tell you that your Topaz Treat* is ready for collection. You can then go into participating Topaz stations to redeem your Treat* by scanning your Game Tag at the time of purchase. You have the month in which the treat offer was shared to redeem*.

  • 32. What happens if my Topaz station does not have the Topaz Treat* that I was told about?

    For various reasons such as high demand, some of the Topaz stations may not have access to the specific Topaz Treat* that you are looking to collect but we will always ensure that they have an alternative Treat* available to you for a similar value.
